OK, a little talk about the Creation Kit for Skyrim. I actually really like it :) But...

I am having great issues trying to get pieces to snap. My main problem comes from up/down height. I don't understand why things are not lining up! I tried tricks, I heard tricks from my friend KP, but ... I'll need to explore this more.
I figure I'll just get the basics in, then fine tune it later.
But, it is pretty aggravating.
I am using the Ice Cave motif here. Maybe that is my problem?

OK, the spoilery part. THe Layout so far. NOw, I don't have the layout complete. I have at least one other room to add, 1 more hallway (going to ... what?), besides adding in objects, monsters, and loot.
BUT this shows you what my beginning ideas are. Including the balcony I am SO HOPING will work out somehow! I have highlighted the balcony in colored lines so you can see it better:
